With a career highlighted by leadership roles such as Vice President - Global Compensation, Benefits, and HR Information Systems for a Fortune 500 biotech company and Vice President - Global Human Resources Operations at Dell Inc., Mr. Robinson has a proven track record. 

His comprehensive background spans across multiple sectors including biotechnology, high-technology, computer, financial services, publishing, oil & gas, and consumer goods.

Mr. Robinson's exceptional skill set not only covers domestic and international compensation but also extends to expatriate compensation. 

He started his consulting career as a Senior Consultant with Towers Perrin and advanced to Managing Director at Steven Hall & Partners, based in New York City. A graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mr. Robinson also holds an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland.
